Marston+Martson has developed and implemented award winning marketing and public

County of San Diego
Our agency developed and implemented an advertising campaign for the Caregiver
Training Initiative (CTI). The $160,000 campaign involved the use of focus groups
to research preferred message outlets of our target audience. Marston+Marston
developed the advertisement design negotiated media buys and measured the success
of advertisements placed per publication. In so doing our client successfully
achieved their goals in local recruitment efforts.
Objectives:
· Create a broad public awareness of the caregiver training initiative and
the benefits of careers in healthcare.
· Attract a large pool of qualified candidates for healthcare careers
through the Caregiver Training Initiate.
Actions:
· Created visual identity and tagline
· Developed and executed a media launch jointly with Sharp Healthcare at
Sharp Hospital that included the health care community, local government,
and county-wide healthcare providers.
Results:
The campaign to increase awareness of the Caregiver Training initiative
resulted in region-wide branding of the CTI visual Identity and attracted
thousands of potential caregiver career candidates seeking to enroll in the
media launch resulted in region-wide network coverage.
